Daughter won't quit biting?

My daughter has been diagnosed with autism, and acts out behaviorally. When she throws one of her tantrums she tries to bite people, mostly her younger brother. I have tried to show her what she has done and told her it hurts him, but she doesn't seem to understand. Anyone have any suggestions to help stop the biting? Thanks.
