My parents abused me! Help?

Ok, so I have to admit, I was a little bit of a jerk(especially on my eriod), I had a little bit on a tantrum. My mom then started hitting me with a belt, pulled my hair, and shirt then my dad ce behind me and strangled me(he's strangled me before, one time when I was 8 and another time a few months ago, I'm 13 now). In the past my dad's called me masty names and my mom is just plain annoying(if you lived with her you would too, trust me).
