My 2 year old throws huge tantrums when things are out of place, is this a sign of autism?

He has never really thrown fits before, this just started a few days ago and it's only when things aren't where they go, or if something (like a floaty) is in the pool. He is still very talkative, smiles all the time, and is affectionate he loves to gives kisses and hugs as well as getting them. Is this just a phase, or is there something wrong?
