my BMI is 24.1 and BMR 1246.5... i am 4.11 ft and i weight a lot for my age and height ( 119 pounds )..... i soo need to lose my weight for the party i have after 2 weeks and i dont care if i gain again (well i will make sure i dont ) .. i lose aroun 195 calories or smthing like that evryday by doing aerobics ..but yet i am just not satisfied ..anyone who can help ?? please it really emergency and important for me !
