My son grabs my finger & trys to lead me around the house all day?

My 22 month old has been doing this for about the past 2 weeks. Regardless if I'm sitting down watching t.v. or I'm cleaning he will come up to me, grab my finger & lead me to where he wants to go. Most of the time it's to his room & he just stands there lol I play with him ALL the time so I know that's not the problem. But if I don't get up & follow him he will go OFF & throw a tantrum each time. Should I just ignore him?
