Am i under spoiled haha???????????????//?

ok so I have parents who make at least $1,300 a week working hard so I really don't get much or try to get much for it but lately I've been wanting to learn about how to manage money on my own. I now have about $60 from what they've gaven me in the last 3 months and I save change. The thing is my mother has a saving account for my car which she puts at least $20 a week. If I ask my dad for money he'll give me $20 every 2 or 3 weeks. i barely get any clothes because my bro's whiney and they have to get him toys and have to spend money on my play-station 2 which I bought with my b-day money and he now thinks it's his and doesn't share. He will throw tantrums if I use it. I never really get clothes and when I do it has to be on sale.
