Does anyone know of any pet record keeping/journaling software or printable templates?

I am looking for something to use to keep track of my birds and other pets basic info, vet records, emergency contacts AND training progress, pictures, etc. Does anyone know of a complete system? Or, have recommendations on how to keep track of it all? Thanks!
