I tired of my kids tired of the fighting?

i am 34 single dad i cant get my kids to lesion to what i say they distorted my house they will not clean there room i try to discipline them i take thing away and don't give back till there good put them in time out they just run out of the house i have a bad back and hips i can't run after them i promised to take them pleases if there good that don't work and when i don't take them because there behavior they through a temper tantrum and brake things of mine i have worked hard for which is not much because there mad at me for dispelling them i have no help from there mom she blows of her visitation when it suites her whim my kids are only 5 and 7 i just want some respect i am losing hope help me please i do ever thing for them i give them good food a please to live make shure they do good in school i love them i try to show it all the time by telling them so
