My son is 15m & 2wks and has become overly aggressive and throwing tantrums. Help ?

time outs generally dont work at that young age due to the fact that children have shorter attention spans and often forget why they are sitting in time out. at 15 months, the child doesnt not understand the concept of 'no' completely yet, either. trying keeping him away from anything that can hurt him. my son went through a phase similar to that and grew out of it....he was 1 1/2 when we dealt with that and he is 2 1/2 now.....
