Need a doctor's opinion?

So a couple years back I had gotten epididymitus and went to the emergency room for it. they took a urine sample from me and told me they found a urinary tract infection. 7 months later my gf calls me up to tell me that she had chlamydia and that i needed treatment. I had been sleeping with her as far as 5 months prior to the epididymitus yet the doctor's didn't find chlamydia in my urine. Is it possible that they never tested for it or would it have came up with the urinary tract infection? This is a vital question because it tells me whether she cheated on me or not
