Why is it considered a big deal when a man says "No" to sex?

is not that they can deal with, the think when a man say no that means they are not attracted to her. It's like woman say no to shoe shopping everybody thing she's weird. now she doesn't think your weird she think she's not hot enough for you, plus woman don't get horny that often so when they do they want their man say yes.
